A 6-member working group for the first ministerial meeting of "China-Pacific Island Countries Economic Development & Cooperation Forum"(to be held in Nadi, Fiji in April) led by Mrs. Gao Yuanyuan, Assistant Director-General of Department of Aid to foreign countries of Mofcom visited Vanuatu on 28-30, Dec.2005.
On 29 Dec, the group paid a formal visit to honorable Mr. James Bule, the Minister of Trade, Industry and Tourism. They fully exchanged views on bilateral economic and trade cooperation. Vanuatu side expressed its strong will to assist Chinese side to make the forum a successful one. |
